Léo Trespeuch

Researcher
EGUQTR (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières)

To briefly introduce myself, my name is Léo Trespeuch. Since 2017, I’ve been a professor in Management at EGUQTR (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières), after defending a thesis on participatory financing, awarded the Prix Sphinx for the best French-language thesis in Management. My research focuses on corporate and citizen philanthropy – a subject that has led me to co-found, in 2019, an observatory dedicated to this theme.
Prior to my academic career, I was a member of the French snowboard teams from 2004 to 2009. I was lucky enough to win several titles (university world champion, European vice-champion, triple French champion) before handing over to my sister Chloé… now a double Olympic medallist.
Pragmatic and eternally optimistic, I’m passionately committed to every project, whether scientific, educational or sporting
