With a Ph.D. from UQAM, Sambou NDIAYE is a professor-researcher at UGB de Saint-Louis. His professional experience includes being a local development agent in support of territorial collectives, community organizations to neighbourhood collectives of women, etc. He currently coordinates one of the first Senegalese research groups on partnership-oriented research, the Alliance de recherche-actions Université- Territoires (ARUT) that has just completed a research project supported by the European Union on the rural hydraulic reform in Senegal. He has implemented a Professional Masters degree that trains engineers in local development.
