Sanaa Ali-Mohammed is a PhD Candidate in the School of Public Policy and Democratic Innovation at Toronto Metropolitan University, and Director of Programs at The Muslim Fund, which invests in the future of Muslim advocacy in Canada.

 

Informed by her experiences working in the philanthropic sector in 2018 and 2019, Sanaa’s dissertation studies the policy and organizational factors allowing Canadian racial justice foundations to promote racial inequality in employment.
