2017 Summit on philanthropic culture, Institut Mallet

November 14-15 at Palais des congrès de Montréal

The 2017 Summit on philanthropic culture will be held on November 14-15 at Palais des congrès de Montréal, under the theme “The philanthropic culture at the heart of the city”. How the philanthropic action is developing in the city? What are the factors that inhibit or facilitate it? What are the impacts onthe urban fabric? What new alliances are created? What are the innovations resulting from it? These questions form the central issue of the 2017 Summit.

Many speakers from all sectors are expected, including Jean-Marc Fontan and Sylvain Lefèvre, PhiLab – Olivia Stinson, Associate Director, North America, 100 Resilient Cities, Rockefeller Foundation – Pierre Lassonde, Chair of the Board of the Canada Council for the Arts, Past President of the Board of the Quebec National Art Museum, Chair of the Board of Franco-Nevada Mining Corporation – Pamala Wiepking, Assistant Professor, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.
