Atlantic Hub Regional Conference

PhiLab’s Atlantic Hub Regional conference is a virtual networking opportunity for actors, organizations, and other stakeholders in the philanthropic sector across Atlantic Canada to share success stories, connect with potential partners, and identify future directions for the sector.

PhiLab’s Atlantic Hub is hosting a two-day, multi-session virtual conference for the philanthropic/charitable sector in Atlantic Canada. This conference will serve both the academic community and organizations in the philanthropic sector (such as Community Foundations (CFs), non-profits, and other entities) by:

Sharing recent projects/initiatives in the sector,

Fostering a more connected network of philanthropic organizations in the region,

Identifying key directions for the future of the sector,

Connecting organizations with researchers on potential projects

A conference such as this has not been held in recent history in Atlantic Canada so this will present a unique opportunity for philanthropic organizations to connect with each other and with researchers interested in supporting development in the sector. This type of connecting event is increasingly relevant as the world continues to face unpredictable impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic.
