For what concerns the activities within PhiLab I cannot comment as of yet, as I have not participated in the group’s activities as of yet.

I teach the history of Europe from 1750 to 1914 at Université Laval. My teachings frequently include the 20th century and are often designed with a transnational perspective. What interests me is the way in which Europe as a territory is made and unmade by connections and interfaces between the different countries of Europe, and between the world and Europe.
