Lynda Rey

Biography

Professor of program evaluation at the École nationale d’administration publique à Montréal, Lynda Rey is specialized in the use of innovative approaches to strategic planning, program evaluation and capacity building in the context of social innovation, public health, and international development, amongst others. She collaborates with public organizations, nonprofits, social businesses, foundations and academic institutions through research and consulting mandates in Quebec and abroad. Lynda has a Ph.D. in Public Health and a diploma in Analysis and Evaluation of Health Interventions from Université de Montréal (Canada). She has also completed two Masters degrees in France; one in Political Science and International Relations from Sciences-Po Aix and one in International Cooperation and Development Politics from la Sorbonne.
